Evidence Requirements:

Damaged or Defective Products: Provide an unboxing video showing the product's condition upon arrival.

Missing Items: Share an unboxing video displaying the missing item(s) and the received items.


Exchange for Wrong Product:

If you received the wrong product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Charges: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We'll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.


Product Condition:


Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels must be included.
